We use the sandwich/snack delivery service at our office in Gatwick Road, the quality is always very good and the prices are very reasonable. The service we get from Sarah our regular Sales Lady is absolutely 100% she is VERY customer focussed.There are two areas that let Bloomers down, 1) they have no way of keeping product hot (apart from foil) in their vehicle, and 2) the service from whoever answers the telephone is best described as poor, too many times they get the order wrong, we do not want to use the snack van that visits us as well, but unfortunately the hit n miss telephone ordering service drives us to that. This is the only reason why I cannot give them 5 stars.
