Their two stores in Islington and Primrose Hill are in keeping with traditional TSL style – an independent family run business that started life on Camden’s market selling plimsoles to fellow Londoners. “I'm a regular customer in your Sevenoaks store, and have been for many years now. The service is excellent; the staff are polite, attentive and have good product and company knowledge. Their fundraiser Fashion Shows are great fun; a friend and I bought tickets and attended at the Sevenoaks store last night (27/7/17) which was a huge success. The staff went above and beyond, and this should be recognised. I do not shop in M&S as M and Co have better clothing, and much nicer staff. As a customer service trainer, I notice all aspects of a shopping experience, and Sevenoaks is by far the most pleasant retail store in the town centre.”

“I'd never been in this store before, I always assumed the target demographic was more mature people than myself. One day I wandered in after exhausting every other shop in the mall, a very nice shop assistant saw the pained expression on my face and came to my rescue! She chose the perfect outfit for my body shape and upcoming interview, I wish I'd noted her name she essentially performed the role of a personal shopper and was so patient with me. The store had a sale on and my spotty dress was already marked down, so great value for money. The clothes seem to be good quality at a decent price but the 5 stars are for the exemplary customer service.”
