“I went to the east ham branch it looked tidy and presentable. The staff were kind enough to help me get a pair of slippers because i can’t get off my mobility scooter, the young man showed me a variety of different styles to choose from. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is becuase of the heat and they did not have any air conditioning, after 5 mins in the shop i started sweating. I can’t imagine working in that heat all day without any air conditioning system of any sort.”

“Great store. Prices are reasonable but not ultra cheap. Clothes are good quality though. Ive bought a range of clothes from shirts to jumpers shoes kids clothes etc. All good stuff. Staff are friendly and polite. Waiting times at the till are around 5 minutes at most usually. Parking in the area is good i always find a space and it's local to a lot of other shops in Erith shopping centre. A point to note for the store but doesn't affect customer experience is the lift is in major need of a spruce up as looks old and tatty but very minor thing.”
