Great coach! Always helping with perfect form so nobody gets hurt! Thanks! Crossfit oneonta I'm glad to join a gym I feel comfortable at!
(June 13, 2017, 3:09 pm)One month in and loving it! I am being taught, motivated, and inspired, you can't get that at just any gym. Glad I finally gave Crossfit Onoenta a try , hate that I didn't do it sooner.
(June 7, 2017, 3:24 pm)In contrast to Chris, CrossFit Oneonta is not a "Fitness Center." Its a functional fitness gym with actual coaches and actual programming based on science and not marketing. You'll learn far more in a week doing CrossFit about yourself and fitness than you would in 6 months at a traditional gym.
