“We had moved here from WV and I began looking for a church for us. I visited different ones, and don't get me wrong, they were nice. The people were friendly, but I didn't get the," this is it feeling". I knew my husband would want a small ,friendly , informal place to worship. He's not a suit wearing man so the dress code was a factor as well. Then I saw a little sign on the road, almost missed it, that said ,"Grace Baptist Church", it was about 2 1/2 miles down a country road. The church itself , sitting with some woods around it was very inviteing. After sitting in on the morning worship, I realized this was it, the church we could all relate to! Even though it was small in numbers, it was big on heart. The word of God was being preached and that was the main thing. I invite you to stop by if your looking for a home church, the light will be on and I'll save you a seat..”
