Benchmark Fitness

When I moved to Bessemer I found Benchmark Fitness and spoke with Brandon. I’m glad I did. I love this box! Brandon, the coaches, and members are all very approachable. No need to worry about your skill level everyone will help you meet your goals. Unfortunately I am moving to California. I will miss this box and everyone there.

Best gym in town! Super knowledgeable coaches and even has a nutritionist on staff! The members are always welcoming and make you feel like family! If you are looking for somewhere to help you with your health and fitness goals and have fun while doing it, Benchmark Fitness is your place!

It’s been about 4 years since my last review and I thought it was time to update it. A lot has happened over the last 4 years. A lot has changed over the last 4 years. The gym has changed ownership and new coaches have been hired. There’s been a remodel and complete facelift. A totally cultural change. If you’re looking for gym that offers tough (but fun) workouts in a family like environment then I highly suggest that you drop in and give us a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I joined Benchmark in April of 2019. I needed to make a change and knew I needed a push because my regular gym membership wasn’t motivating me. I needed a coach and I needed to work out with other people. CrossFit for the bill.

In the time I’ve been here I’ve lost over 50 pounds and I feel great. The team is awesome and genuinely interested in your success. I highly recommend anybody to try it out.

Benchmark fitness is truly the best box in Birmingham! The coaches genuinely invest in you and your health. The members are so welcoming, and fun. You will feel like family the first moment you walk in the door. Give them a shot!
