My husband and I had an appointment with them this morning and the manager Ms.Miller was the nicest and sweetest, she took her time to answer all our questions. I made several calls to this office and Ms.Tucker was the one answering my phone calls, so thankful for all her help. And I cant forget the security lady I believe her name was Linda was also very sweet, funny and friendly. Thankful for them!”

“What can I say, well to start with, I was not ready for the change to a New Company because I have been with Xerox for over 25 + Years. I have always been treated very well from them so, NO I did not want to change. After a while of thinking about it SEVERAL MONTHS and my Son hammering me with the RJ YOUNG name, I did it. I purchased a machine from RJ YOUNG. At first I was skeptical and to be honest I really didn't want to give it a chance (The Machine), but I did and after several months and barely using the machine I starting coming more around it and using it a little more & more. Then I began to really like it because it really printed so nice and pretty fast. It only took me 8 to 10 months to like it but you have to understand I WAS A XEROX Man and I thought there was NOTHING out there but Xerox. The Xerox machine has ALWAYS performed outstanding and the SERVICE was the best, I was spoiled from that. However, I found out that there was more out there than XEROX! I found out that RJ YOUNG was REAL and believe me they have made a believer out of me. The Service that I thought would not compare to XEROX, has showed me they are just as good and if not BETTER. I never thought I would say that but it is so true. I can not believe how fast the Service Technicians reply to the service calls. They are always polite, and get me back up and running in a very quickly manner. They have such good personalities and a smile! As for the Ladies at the Home Office, Oh My How can you NOT like them. They are AMAZING. They always tell me they will have my supplies on the way or a Technician asap. IT IS JUST SO HARD TO PUT IN WORDS what RJ Young has done for my business. This is a very caring company and to be honest I am so glad that I have some of their product and that I was introduced to the World outside of XEROX. RICO machines have made my life SO MUCH Better and I am so happy that I have changed. If you are not a part of RJ YOUNG, you are probably missing out on good PEOPLE and Great Machines. “Ono is clean and very friendly staff. I ordered the Island Fire Chicken, which I have to say was a tad too spicy and greasy. The side veggies, rice and salad were delish. The meal was huge. I shared and was stuffed! As I was leaving, I chatted with someone who was eating the lemon chicken and pork. They said it was delicious and healthy. That's what I'll order next. Definitely worth a try for a good, quick, huge meal.”

“Took my 3 yr old yesterday for his 1st real dentist appointment. I can't speak highly enough about the entire experience!! Everyone was so extremely friendly from the front desk staff to the assistant to the hygienist to the doctor. I was able to sit right next to my son while he got his cleaning and they were so incredibly good with him. The doctor was silly with him and made him feel comfortable before checking his teeth. He left with all kinds of little goodies and is excited for his next appointment in 6 months. Love this office!”

“I trained with this company almost four years ago and I'm still here. I came in this industry expecting to get some experience at the first company that would hire me and move on but I haven't because Decker has been a dream. I have a lot of family members who are truck drivers and their horror stories have convinced me I'll probably never leave. Top notch equipment plenty of miles, able to work you as hard as you'd like to. My dispatcher is amazing. I even, for a period, did have a really bad dispatcher, but when he failed me to get me to where I needed to be I took it upon myself to fly myself there. And while I was on home time I asked for new dispatcher. And without even having to ask I was reimbursed fully for all of my travel and flying expenses and when I came back to work I had a brand new dispatcher. Unbelievably amazing (by the way that dispatcher no longer works at the company so no need to worry). I feel it's important to point out though to people that the inward facing driver camera can be deactivated after 90 days at the expense of a potential one cent per mile bonus. So it's on you if you do not want a driver facing camera. Sketchy drivers who jump companies every two or three months beware because they don't put up with shenanigans but good drivers will feel appreciated here.”
