  The stock is not fantastic compared to other local stores, especially for adult women’s clothing. The kids and shoes sections are surprisingly well stocked though, but with limited brands. Staff are generally very efficient and helpful, which is a plus!

  The friendliness of their staff is noticeable. Very clean, several options are available for clothing. Found everything I needed to buy. Registers are all staffed, line moves quickly.

  I never bought anything from Nordstrom so I was not clear on their process when it comes to ordering something online and having it shipped to the store. I received an email that my product was at the store. When I tried to pick it up I was told that it was not ready for pickup. After the process was explained to me I did respond that if my product was at the store and I was there to pick it up then I would like to have it. The lady who assisted me was busy but she did go far and beyond to go through many packages to locate my package. So I appreciated her for caring about customer satisfaction.
