We ordered it remotely and had it shipped from AL to TX; it arrived in perfect condition and was installed within 1 week of our order. I would highly recommend AL Surplus!
(July 7, 2022, 5:16 pm)Super easy to work with. Had trouble finding a very specific Thermador product that they just happened to have listed on their ebay site. I gave them a call and they were willing to ship here to Dallas. Shipped very quickly, were extremely communicative, and item was exactly as we had hoped. Packed with extreme care and partnered with a good logistics company. Will be coming to them in the future for more hard-to-find and soldout appliances. Better and cheaper experience than trying to wait 12+ months for a Thermador product.
(December 5, 2021, 8:07 am)ordered a nice bosch fridge slightly scratch but brand new from these guys, I emailed them thanskgiving because I forgot to pay for the lift gate service and David called me right back Friday morning on his day off. Very very reasonable priced appliances and shipped to Colorado across the country from their shop. Awesome communication and customer service! Will be buying all future appliance from them! The other reviews weren't kidding about how good the bubblewrap job is!

They provided extremely well detailed photos of the unit showing the few minor scratches. Extremely helpful customer service who met specific shipping needs for us . Follow up communications were clear and helpful. The range arrived in Seattle when promised. Superbly packed. No issues and it’s just as expected. We love our new range!
