The entire experience was awesome from extending the rental to return! I’m definitely going to start renting with National more often!

It was necessary for me to extend the rental period twice while I had the car, and both times your agents handled it quickly with no hassle, once at the counter and once by phone.

(January 28, 2020, 9:02 am)Friendly. Competent. Only problem was “Tag Applied For” Rather than actual tag. Florida Sun Pass Doesn’t have a cash toll so I was running the toll booths. When picking up daughter at Key West Airport I was detained by police while they ran my license and car registration. Fortunately tag number was on rental form. I came back on non-toll roads. Happy ending but could have been a big deal.
