(July 21, 2023, 10:04 pm)Overall my rental experience was great, especially with diverted flights and many passengers having to drive to their final destination. My VIS preferred status made the pickup process seamless, at initial pickup, and vehicle exchange due to a warning light indicator with the first vehicle. I would definitely recommend Avis and its preferred customer program. There were a few minor issues, but the experience was great overall in comparison to other rental experiences (4.5 out of 5).
