“Because they were one of the places my wife enjoys the most I decided to go buy since they had announced they had reopened to the public. I had two days to choose to take to her office. Went by Tuesday and the line was three blocks long. Wednesday I tried their app. The app worked great. I order, paid and set the time. At 1:15pm I pulled up and saw the drive through line was now 6 blocks plus. I pulled up to the store front. A lady stepped out and asked my name. I have her my name and order number. Within a minute I had 2 dozen. And was gone. Perfect exchange. Great job Krispy Kreme. I git bonus points with the wife.”
