“Very excellent tasting food! They have a great atmosphere too. We ordered Hummus which had its spices and oil. Very delicious, ive had my fair share of hummus and it has been bland. They have it perfectly blended! That with the bread they offer was great. Well also had the Dolma which was delicious as well. The grape leaves were soft and the stuffing was flavorful. We had ordered the Beef and Chicken Kabob with Saffron rice. Full of flavor and marinated, the rice was cooked great too. Wife added the cranberries and they make it a sweet flavor to the dish. Service was great. It was a slow night so no wait time. Servers were very kind and courteous. Professional. Will definitely eat here again when we visit Sacramento.”

“Fantastic lake view! We were told from a friend in San Francisco that West Shore had the best dinner views on Lake Tahoe. We were not disappointed! “Stopped in after a concert since it was one of the few places open late. Pleasantly surprised that happy hour runs in the afternoon and late at night. The place feels similar to a Hooters but dimmer and more laid back. From the happy hour menu, we tried the chips and cheese, tacos, and mozzarella bites which were solid for the price, though the cheese was a bit rubbery. Service was quick, and the place has pretty good energy with tons of TVs everywhere, almost too many. This is a great spot if you’re looking for somewhere to watch a game or hang out late.”

“I went to Stern & Bow in Closter last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and I absolutely loved it. The space has elevated décor, a lively vibe with a DJ, and incredible food. The oysters, wood-fired pizza, and steak were all exceptional, perfectly paired with beautifully crafted cocktails that (literally) lit up the table. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — our waiter even sat with us to connect and walk us through the menu, which made the experience feel so personal. The whole night was polished, inviting, and celebratory. A seamless mix of luxury dining and fun atmosphere. I have to take my Morkie, Winston Paul back here for brunch as they are dog friendly outside. He would love it.”

“We stopped by the Attic prior to our dinner reservation at the hotel. The Attic has a charm and style to it that welcomes you the moment you set eyes on the room. We were lucky to given a table at window overlooking the Snoqualmie Fall and River. Our server was attentive, friendly and engaging. There is two rooms the Attic both equally lovely. The rustic though elegant interior perfect for the setting and hotel. We order the half dozen oysters on the half shell. The presentation was nice but sadly the oysters were only OK. For some reason the Oysters has several large salmon fish eggs on each. They were so dominating that we never could taste the oyster. I removed them for the last oyster but the taste lingered. We ordered a smoked old fashioned that was delivered smoking. It was beautiful. Beers on tap were good. The menu is nice and what we saw around us did look good. This would be a great location for lunch or a casual dinner. It pricey but the setting makes for that.”
