“We stopped here for lunch while visiting the nearby Hagley Museum. It is apparently one of several in the Wilmington area. It has a cute name and the sandwiches are named after dog breeds (no cats). There is ample seating inside and out; most of the patio is in full sun. I had the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato bisque; my wife had the "Cocker Spaniel" vegetarian sandwich. The food came out very quickly and tasted as we expected.”

“The food was delicious and the staff are so friendly. It was Mother’s Day and the Resteraunt was decorated so beautifully. When I got home I discovered I lost my wallet and was so upset because I had important cards that couldn’t be replaced. I went back to the Resteraunt and the staff searched and no one handed it in. I even looked around the seat and floor where I had been sitting as there were a couple there but didn’t find it. I showed the owners of what it looked like as it was a big wallet. I was beside myself. I left my number in case someone handed it in. After closing I received a call that they had searched where I was sitting and it had fallen between the seats. One of the pictures was at night and it’s dark, you can see where they were closed; and we went to get it. They stayed open to give us back the wallet. I hugged everyone!! I am beyond grateful they searched because as I said there were cards that can’t replaced and others that were sentimental value.”

“It is really disappointing for me to see all of the 3 or lower star reviews about Ever Green. The food here is delicious, and you will not find anywhere in the area with better price points than Ever Green. The food is always fresh, I get vegetable fried rice from here often, and the veggies are always so crisp, and have just the right amount of sear on them. The meat, especially general Tso's chicken, is SO delicious, always tender, and I have yet to get any gristle pieces from here in any of the meat I've gotten. The workers are always working hard, and you can see how organized, efficient, and passionate they are in their kitchen right when you walk in to order, or to pick up your food. If you want Michelin star food, this is not your place. But if you want some delicious hot, fresh, made with LOVE Chinese takeout? This is the best place to go within the price point. They could honestly be charging more for many of their dishes. Classic takeout joint, comfortable atmosphere. However, Last week, I placed and order as usual and when the delivery arrived one of my items was incorrect. I called Grubhub accordingly to notify them. A few minutes later the owner, Robert, called me directly to apologized for the mix up and kindly gave me a store credit for me to use any time I want. “My partner always comes here, but it was my first time visiting BBC Tavern and Grill. The service was not great and pretty slow. Our waiter seemed distracted and confused, according to my partner "he's always like this". But I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We had the fried cauliflower, the Beyond Burger, and for dessert the Monkey Bread and warm chocolate molten cake. Everything was absolutely delicious! Drinks were good as well. “I had the Wagyu Roast Beef regular size sub and it was delicious. Regular is more than enough for a lunch meal with a bag of BBQ chips and a Mtn Dew. My buddy had the Cheesesteak sub and he was also very satisfied. I’d say this sandwich is better than Jersey Mike’s, although JM’s is also very good. Next time I’ll try the Italian Sausage, BBQ Chicken and Meatball, in that order. Yummy!”

“I’m going to start with all the negative comments, Oreos over wet? They seemed perfect to me and they tasted amazing! 3 in a pack for $4 not bad at all. I see comments about there kids not liking something kids are kids they can be extremely picky with texture etc. I just want to say this place was amazing from the best chicken sandwich I have ever had to the staff being wonderful. But they do offer dine in. Places like this is for getting take out for me but it may be fine for others. Bit of a language Barrier solely my fault as it’s 2023 i should know Spanish so no fault to them but i believe everyone there speaks Spanish so just be prepared and know what you want to order (i was able to order just fine fyi) A bit on the expensive side (i got 1 sausage quesadilla and 2 tacos it came to $17) however we are in a recession and it’s a small family owned business so I’m not complaining at all”
