“We hosted our twin three-year-old boys’ birthday party here as part of the CFA “big nugget” party package and it was incredible. It was cheap, easy to plan, the staff were amazing (shoutout to Shay!!), and there was no cleanup for me before or after! Each child got a kids meal, ice cream, and a stuffed cow as a party favor, and CFA provided balloons and even the life-sized cow for photos. The kids played on the playground while the adults chatted and ate, which was awesome. And my boys’ faces when they walked into the party were priceless! We’ll definitely consider doing this again!”

“This was My first time in Pollo Campero. I'm guessing it's an Indigenous People Restaurant because it was a lot of Latino People in the restaurant. It was comparable to a Popeyes. I like that there were a lot of side options, eventhough I just chose fries because it was comfortable. The food was fixed quickly. The dining area was clean.”

“I am not a full time vegan but I have digestive issues, especially with dairy products. When I eat out, I often choose vegan options. PLNT Burger happened to be close by and my husband and I decided to try it. We ordered the cheeseburger combos and we were blown away at how delicious everything was. The burger, fries, and dipping sauce were perfect. The lemonade was also just right, not too sweet and not too acidic. Thank you for an awesome, easy to digest meal.”

“It was a warm Monday afternoon. We wanted to eat outdoors and knew Nicks was the spot. They have a prime location on gtown waterfront and have a huge space both inside and out, along with a nice bar area outside with sofa seating. Was able to get seats outside facing the waterfront. Service was great, had someone come to us often. The food is good but very expensive. It was $150 for both of us without any alcohol. You pay for being in Georgetown, waterfront, and post pandemic prices.”

“The place was a madhouse, but it was pre-concert. There are 3 levels with a bar and plenty of table seatings on the upper levels. The servers were as busy as any could be and I still think they did great. The pizza is excellent - very fresh and many fancy ingredients to choose from. They also have pastas and many other choices. Looking around at other people’s dishes - everything looked good.”

“The best museum food I've ever seen. We were just trying to get a quick bite during our museum visit but when we saw the menu we had to order a full meal. We had the ribs with coleslaw and potato salad plus chicken tenders with fries. Everything was beyond delicious! Restaurant quality food. We would come back here just to eat again. Excellent cocktails (the Spanish Magic was perfectly balanced), finger-licking good skewers (sampled both the chicken thighs and the pork and they were dusted perfectly with the rub), tender and well grilled and seasoned eggplant, and competent sashimi. I would say the sashimi was the only thing that could use some improvement, it just wasn't as fresh as what you would expect for a $52 12-piece. I think you're better off getting a few small plates and a couple of maki rolls here. We dined in the cozy and dimly basement at the sushi bar. It's got a cool feel to it though others might find it a bit too cramped. Service was wonderful, our hostess was very friendly and helpful throughout the night.”

“I was hungry after refereeing some rugby games at Catholic University, so I decided to stop in to see if the pizza was good. Unfortunately, on weekends, they don't sell pizzas by the slice, so I had to order a small pizza. I ordered the Portobello gourmet pizza for $14.99. Unfortunately, I thought that because that pizza was below pictures of Sicilian pizza that the pizza would be a Sicilian pizza. 15 minutes later, I found myself looking at a regular round pizza. The pizza was very tasty and had a lot of ingredients on it -- no tomato sauce, but a garlic herb sauce. The only issue was that it was a little salty. Regarding the atmosphere, this is a pizza storefront with no tables, so not much atmosphere. The one person working was very nice and polite.”

Other options they have include breadsticks or fries. The drink isn’t included. I ended up getting him a Gatorade from vending machine for $3 vs a foundation drink they sold it for $4. There was a long, which to be expected but it moved at a decent pace. They did have an express lane. My kid enjoyed the pizza.”

“Good food at reasonable prices. I would recommend vindaloo (chicken/shrimp) and goat biryani if you are looking for non veg items, shrimp vindaloo was spicy. Thali is a great option if you are open to tasting more than 2-3 curries. The staff was friendly, restrooms were clean. However because of my personal bias, i didn’t like food serving style in a to go box. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting DC.”
