“This was My first time in Pollo Campero. I'm guessing it's an Indigenous People Restaurant because it was a lot of Latino People in the restaurant. It was comparable to a Popeyes. I like that there were a lot of side options, eventhough I just chose fries because it was comfortable. The food was fixed quickly. The dining area was clean.”

“While at the zoo, my son and I got hungry. There wasn’t a ton of options for kids. My kid loves pizza, so that’s what he got. It was 8 for combo of pizza and chips. Other options they have include breadsticks or fries. The drink isn’t included. I ended up getting him a Gatorade from vending machine for $3 vs a foundation drink they sold it for $4. There was a long, which to be expected but it moved at a decent pace. They did have an express lane. My kid enjoyed the pizza.”

“Incredible soup noodle. It was a pleasant discovery. After a long and wet trek from the 'U Street Capsule Hostel' near Pleasant Plains to Downtown to Chinatown my legs were near dead. I had to get meal, fast, and a really good one. Reren exceeded expectations, the service was prompt and attentive, I got a tall glass of cold water the moment I sat down, thanks waitress, I needed that drink! I ordered their signature dish: 'Reren Signature Lamen'. Big portion of noodles to slurp to, delicious ans hearty brother with just the right amount of salt, condiments such as the half boiled Chinese Tea Egg, finely chopped kale, beans pouts, dried sea cucumber are an excellent addition to add texture and flavour. The star of this dish was the Pork Belly, succulent, melt-in-your-mouth stuff. Very tasty, a good hit of protein that was much needed after a tiring trek to the city. The shallots for garnish brought everything together for a superb presentation finish. Mad props to Reren chefs and wait staff - highly recommended.”

“This is my favorite go-to place (DC, Georgia Ave) when I want to have brunch and extend breakfast to lunch. The restaurant opens at 10:30AM so I order then and this meal can last into dinner because of the portion size. Although in this pic there are only 4 potatoes and a few pieces of meat, typically they include more meat and potatoes. Nevertheless, this "dinner" usually comes with curry chicken, cabbage and rice but the rice is too crunchy so I choose to double the rice. The food is delicious 😋.”

“Placed a scheduled pickup order on a busy Saturday. Service was great. Pies were unbelievable; got two NY and two Detroit. You know the owner is a bread man by how awesome the crust is - perfect on both styles. Detroit was the epitome of it's style. Brick cheese was buttery and tangy with the crispy lacey edges keeps you coming back. Sauce: sweet, savory, not too heavy. Perfect balance for what could easily become an overly-decadent pie in clumsier hands. Arguably one of the best pies in the city. Reluctantly dropped off a couple slices with some neighbors to spread the good word.”

“Just impressed! This is a nice Mexican restaurant with 3 floors and great service first off the food; The place can make a wonderful yet simple taco. Not exactly a place to bring the kids due to loud night club vibe, but a perfect place to spend an evening with younger friends. But if you show up with kids on a late evening, I was super impressed with the kids menu. The kids loved it(rare) and generous value. Kudos to the chef and management for accommodating experience, recommend anyone who loves a good Mexican meal with a hip vibe.”

“My whole house just awoke from a prolonged food coma. We don't know how long it's been or what happened to us, but what's clear is that this food shook the very foundations of our world. Please order from here immediately. Every dish was fresh and delicious. The absolute greatest things were the drumsticks, Asian style beef, egg rolls, fried chicken, chicken salad and steak and cheese. All of the side dishes were outstanding. We got plenty of sauces, extra corn bread, extra cake and banana bread. It's safe to say that we're all thoroughly shocked and need time to recover. “When I am working in DC I go to this Deli for breakfast and lunch. It is the one place I can get breakfast the way I want it. The food is HOT! It is prepared fresh and made with their personal touch. As for lunch, I grew up in Detroit and had fresh lunch meat from the corner meat market.
