(July 17, 2017, 1:25 am)The Good: Kelly Cobb was professional and practical. When the climate control stopped working she worked hard at rectifying our bill. Our items were safe. The units were clean. The office restroom was clean.
The Bad: Climate control was not working but we were originally going to be billed for it. But, like I said Kelly helped.
In Conclusion: Pretty good experience! Get what you pay for The extra $10 or $20 is worth better customer service, cleaner climate controlled units, and the safety of your items.
