My wife and I are not members of this church .
Recently , however , we had the oppotunity and the pleasure to hear the pastor's sermon , which was the most appropriate , intuitive and comforting message we have ever experienced .
My wife and I live in Fairhope Al .
We agreed it would be worthwhile for us to drive up once a month for the uplifting experience .

(June 16, 2019, 6:31 pm)I visited this church this morning and it is a warm loving church. I am black and I really do not know how I would be accepted but the pastor was nice and the members. My worker asked me too come with her and I really had a wonderful time. The pastor is young but he can preach like those older preachers and he study’s the word and he loves everyone. We will be back next Sunday.
(March 5, 2019, 2:39 pm)This is a wonderful church. My wife and I were members for nearly five years before moving away from Birmingham. Leaving this church was the hardest thing about moving! It is a loving congregation and it has strong biblical teaching and preaching. If you live in or near West Homewood, you should definitely consider visiting and perhaps joining the fine folks at Raleigh Avenue Baptist Church.
