“I would like to commend Tomas Christens on the work he has done for us recently. We first met Tomas several months ago when he solved a problem with our DVD player. At the time he was professional and found the best and most efficient solution. At that meeting we also discussed how to mount our deck television and solve the reception problems. This past Tuesday he worked diligently to mount the television and arranged for an electrician to help us figure the most efficient way to get power. He worked for about four hours and even took the time to help me hard wire my computer to the internet. I simply mentioned this to him and he solved the problem. He had to wait for a long time on the electrician but was very patient and professional. Tomas is a credit to your company and I have recommended Switch to several people based on the work he did. You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.”

The store was clean and neat, I needed help finding a product, and a very nice gentleman working gladly stopped and walked me to the appropriate aisle, pointed out what they had, and told me when their next truck came in! Upon finishing my shopping, I got in line, which was short, and the cashier asked had I found everything I needed. While she checked my things, she signed me up for an Ollie's membership, so it was quick and easy to save even more! She was pleasant throughout and even told me a good place to pick up lunch! I thought the overall selection was AMAZING, and will definitely be doing A LOT of my Christmas shopping at Ollie's!”

“Absolute lifesavers. I was travelling through Birmingham on the evening before Labor Day and blew a tire a few miles from this Pep Boys. I got myself and my car there just a few minutes before 5:00pm when they closed. By all rights, they could have closed and put me off till the next morning, leaving me hours from home in a tight spot. Instead they went above and beyond. Brian and Bray stayed almost an hour after closing making sure my tire was replaced and I was safe to get back on the road. Bray, the mechanic, did an especially thorough job, not just replacing my tire and sending me off so they could start their holiday - he took the time to point out even minor issues that I should check out when I got back home. Polite and professional, I cannot recommend or thank them enough.”

The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (Must be a great place to work.). Even if you've never considered yourself "crafty" or an Artist, there is something there for you. You may just discover a new hobby interest or idea or even a new vocation. I don't think that they offer lessons or workshops. If they don't they might consider this. Nevertheless, learning can be fun!!! Take your kids and let them browse! God gave us the gift of imagination and creativity and there is much there that could and would foster and enhance creativity and pursuit of "culture." Hope this was helpful for you!!! :-)”

The adds in the paper are a bit misleading as to the monthly payment. Monthly payment was 3 times what the add had shown. They are delivering the sofa and love seat in 3 days.
