Great Service Department. Had to repaint my Avalon due to a manufacturer mistake. Very attentive people handled my situation perfectly. I am thrilled with how my car looks. Will buy Toyota from them again when it's time. Will Howell was courteous and empathetic for my situation. He will go far.

Lionel (sales) and the finance guy (forgot his name unfortunately) helped get me into my 4runner and were AWESOME!!!! They worked so hard constantly to make sure the process was as smooth and quick as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough! Very nice people that you can tell really care about their customers! I would give more stars if I could. Keep up the great work and thanks again!

Recently bought a Tacoma here. Worked with Patrick in sales, Todd, and Jason. They made the process quick and painless. I walked in the store not thinking about buying a vehicle on a Saturday because I didn't want to miss the Alabama game. However, they had me in and out of there in enough time to get home and get prepared for the 2:30 kick off. I never felt pressured to pull the trigger, either. Definitely would recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Outstanding Car Service! Way much better then Serra Toyota in Center Point. I Don’t Mind Driving 35 extra minutes outside my area just to come get my car service. Quick, Easy, Simply! I Stepped outside the waiting area to go on quick test drive & they called to let me know my car was ready & I wasn’t even there 20 minutes. They never let me down on service, customer service, & outstanding experience! Keep it up, Hoover Toyota !!! ❣️👍🏾
