went to drivers way to have used truck that I purchased from them service. made an appointment, arrived a little early, service writer took it right away and it was returned quickly - 45 minutes, which is pretty quick for a service department. Jack was friendly during visit, and advised me of a special if I return regularly. please also with the cost of the oil change and tire rotation. It was less than the drive in oil change service locations but with the same level of service. will visit again for service and any repairs if they are needed.

Fantastic experience! We worked with Kirk and he was hands down the best. He wasn’t pushy, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience was fantastic. After finding what we were interested in, test driving and picking what we wanted the paperwork process took about an hour. Overall we chose what we wanted, we were able to ask our questions and get answers, there was encouragement to pick what we wanted not “hey you have to buy this”. Five stars whole heartedly to drivers way and especially Kirk.

We bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Driver's Way Pelham. Hands down the best experience we have ever had trading and buying a vehicle. Grant Montgomery was our sales rep. He greeted us told us how things worked there and didn't hound us. It is exactly the way a buyer wants a dealership to be. No intrusive questions, not pushy, no hidden facts or fees just easy. You test drive by yourself, the cars are open for you to look in any of them. We will always buy from them in the future. I will not fool with the nonsense of other dealerships. If you truly want a great experience car shopping you should go here first!!

We purchased a new car her last week and were very happy with our experience. We worked with Kirk ahead of time, he arranged to meet us at the Pelham store because we were driving down from Huntsville and it was more convenient. He already had the two cars we wanted to see available for us to take a look at when we arrived. The car we decided on was needed additional detailing and he made sure it was sparkly clean when we received it. Kirk was professional and low pressure, probably the best experience we've had with a vehicle sale. The only con was that we were still there longer than we would've liked, but we know some of the extra time was toward the detailing.

Grant Montgomery went above and beyond to make our car shopping an easy and stress free experience. He is knowledgeable and honest and exactly the kind of person you would want to help you, while making such an important purchase. We are very thankful for his professionalism.
