He recently just moved around a lot of the equipment which made it feel more open and gave easier access to everything, and it is always so clean! The equipment selection is huge! If you’re into smith and cables he’s got you. If you’re into CrossFit he’s got you too. If you need a personal trainer he’s your guy! I love that I can switch up what I’m doing from lifting, to smith, to high intensity easily. It’s a smaller gym, but I’ve never been with more than 3 other members there at any given time, so it feels like your personal space. I would definitely recommend 100% to anyone of any background in fitness because you can definitely find your place here!”
