I use the drive-thru mostly, so I can tell you that the person taking your order will greet you with a pleasant voice and great attitude! ? I ordered the Smoke house Brisket meal! “Stopped by the new Taco Mama in Trace Crossings before work. Staff was super helpful and place was spotless. We ordered the Jorge’s nachos and a build your own quesadilla. Both were excellent!! Love the option to chose your own meat and add as many toppings as you want. Quesadilla filled with steak and onions, grilled to perfection. Outside was crisp, inside was hot and filled with cheese. Got pico and sour cream to top it with. Chips and salsa were fresh, hot and crispy!! Pulled pork nachos were plentiful with great flavor! We enjoyed the night breeze in the porch to dine at. Staff was very attentive and friendly! Will be back!!”

“Awesome!!! The food was great!!! We went in about 9:30 a.m. Saturday October 17, 2020. From the time we came in hungry and left overly stuffed everyone was so courteous. From the cashier to the waitress it was a great experience. Our waitress Donna never once left us wanting for anything and me and my son drink a lot but she was always there to fill our glasses. The service was so good the cashier even came by once and asked if we need anything. Great! Awesome! Wonderful experience.”

I was disappointed we couldn't sit in the outdoor section. I guess everyone found out what we knew since it was added, you just can't beat the seating outdoors , especially if it's a cool or cold day outside. So... We had to sit inside, next to the fireplace. The food was good, our waitress was exceptional. She was not a robot and knew how to work the table to maximize our great experience, and her gratuity. Great job! She had a great smile.... You could see it in her eyes and hear it with her voice. (All the staff wore masks) Thank you, Firebirds, for giving us the same comfort as always, in a time when my wife and I needed it most.”
