Fantastic Service on Incredibly Short Notice

I received notification that one of my large clients (who has also become a good friend) mother had passed away. When I inquired about the viewing and funeral, I was informed the viewing was taking place in a few short hours (Thursday evening) with the funeral taking place the next day (Friday morning). I reached out to Tinkers Chest as services were being held at Deerfoot Memorial nearby. Tinkers was literally within minutes of closing. I took a shot and was blessed that Teresa answered the phone. When I explained my situation, she informed me that they would accommodate my request and put an arrangement together immediately and have it delivered prior to the viewing. I was blown away. While I was hoping to receive this type of service, I knew it was a long shot and I was so impressed to find a company that truly cares about it's customers needs. I will be forever grateful to Tinkers for going above and beyond which allowed me to pay my respects to a client and most importantly a good friend during her time of need. Thank you for providing such amazing service. It is truly a lost art these days and I am thankful for everything you did for me!! Choose this company for all of your floral needs!
