Could not do the job. This owner ordered a new fan and personally showed up at my house to assist the installers at no charge to me. Bottom line they care about their customers! Will do business again for sure
(July 29, 2021, 9:44 pm)About 6 years ago Lighting Concepts handled all the lights and ceiling fans when we built our home. Recently two of the fans started to fail, and LC took excellent care of us. The factory was no longer making the models we had, so LC went to bat for us to get new models to replace not only the two bad fans, but two others as well so all our fans would match.
We're very impressed and pleased with the level of service we got from Lighting Concepts.
