My tech Jeff gave me the 5 star treatment for sure...and I appreciate it They changed a lightbulb (I couldn’t find anywhere) and also let me know my tail light was out (that I had no clue about). I always use them for oil changes...and they also keep my lights on!
(December 16, 2019, 7:03 pm)Absolutely WONDERFUL service! Incredibly friendly and professional and when they say fast, they mean FAST! Quality work, great price and incredibly fast, what more could you ask for? I took a different car to Pep Boys and was charged almost $100 and it took 2 hours. These guys at Express Oil took 10 minutes and it was a fraction of the cost.
(September 22, 2019, 8:55 am)So I go in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The technicians were thorough and professional. The gentleman balancing the tires was quick and quite skilled. The tech from the pit ( Jon Weaver ) even came up to ensure we got everything taken care of. There was a price deviation on the final cost but I caught it and called the manager. He verified it was incorrect and apologized. He offered a free oil change to make it right. To sum it up - this location is professional , highly skilled and knows how to treat the customers. I will be back. Thank you express oil and tire engineers ! You all rock !
