“I could not be more impressed with my experience at Pottery Barn Kids!!! I purchased a monogram chair for my two year old niece and Meredith Sawyer made the experience SO EASY!!! I told her the date of my nieces birthday and as the day got closer she was incredible! She followed up with me and the monogramer. She made sure that my niece received the chair before her birthday. I was so excited when I pulled up to my sisters house and there was a huge box from pottery barn kids on the front stoop. Wouldn't have happened without Meredith! She went above and beyond!!
