Yes, its sit and wait in some cases, but the people I dealt with answered any and all of my questions clear and to the best of their abilities. If they did not know how to answer a question presented to them, they found the answer for me. You have to pay attention to whats being said to you and read signs while at meps. If you fail to do that, thats where I see you might encounter a small issue. Aside from that my experience was good.”

There was a slight disconnect in communication; however, I truly believe this was an one off situation as I was told that there were unforeseen staffing issues. When I did talk to the office staff, they were very friendly and showed concern for my needs every time. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They clearly explained to me what my issue was and what resolutions I had. Shoutout to Lewis for being awesome and enduring unbearable heat! I wish I could recall the other technician’s name but he was equally as awesome. The heat, coupled with the long shipping times for parts, could make for a less than lovely experience.
