“I'm choosing to edit my review. This time I'll be adding photos. My review will basically be the same. I love going to the store and walking around. My biggest complaint remains the same, self-checkouts. I think if anyone follows me they will find, I'm not a fan of self checkouts. You lose so much of the customer service experience with self checkouts. I know there's a bottom line businesses have to meet but again what's the cost. Some of these are blurry. It's hard to take pictures in a department store without people looking at you kind of funny. There might even be a couple of duplicated photos because I took so many.”

I’ve also noticed when I’m picking out my clothes for the day I normally choose something I bought from here, and that all my favorite tips are from here. Something that I also love is that this boutique carries a bigger range of sizes than most other boutiques.”

The power went out for a minute so to a Storm that came through and made the register go down and the people shopping there at time where so rude and impatient with the employees. I was very impressed with the Manager and employees they work with each other to find a solution to help customer's until all the register's came back up.”

“I drove from Hoover to get my vaccination here, Cheryl the pharmacist made me feel like family as I'm not good getting shots. Chris(maybe I spelled wrong) was also amazing and friendly. The manager Kassandra up front and Paula were also a delight! I'm driving back for my second vaccination and also plan on doing so just to shop. I'd rather drive farther and receive this kind of AMAZING customer service than close to home with none! You've got GEMS at this location!!!”
