“My husband called earlier this week for particular tires and they assured him they had four. We went up there today and although their system said there were four the workers could not find them immediately. The two ladies on staff (who were near the end of their shift) did not stop looking until they found it. It ended up taking them about fifteen minutes and required them to climb up and down the ladder several times. They even got the young men who were working in the shop to help and they were just as helpful. It was some of the best customer service we have received in a long time. They also had excellent attitudes the whole time which was much appreciated. We will be back here for our car service needs.”

“Recently bought a new to me Jeep TJ. I couldn’t even drive it home (15 mins away from place of purchase) due to death wobble, loose steering wore out track bar and a laundry list of other issues. I had little to no hope for getting the vehicle street worthy and planned on just keeping it as a dedicated trailer rig. I called Elite and spoke with Josh over the phone, he said they can get it fixed up and back on the road. They absolutely blew my expectations with the work put in on my jeep. They replaced all heim joints on the steering and track bar as well as completed a full inspection on the vehicle torque checking all nuts and bolts under the vehicle my peace of mind. They even found a few more issues that were fixed in shop for safety reasons on this inspection. The whole process was seamless from drop off to pickup. Communication was top notch on any issue they ran into along the way. I will absolutely be returning to get my truck leveled with wheels and tires in the near future. “Best car service experience I have ever had! I am a 24 year old female and used to having unpleasant experiences when getting my car serviced. Everyone was so professional and respectful! Ordered new tires here, and they were in the next day. I came in Saturday morning, and Jeff who runs the EO location was so kind and respectful. Jeff even called after I had left to check in with me and see how my experience was. They were very efficient and put the tires on in a timely manner (roughly 30 min). I am due for an oil change in the near future, and I look forward to visiting this location again.”
