We had a problem with paint from a different company. We walked in Sherwin Williams store in Richmond, explained our problem, and we could not have been treated better! B The man was professional, knowledgeable, and warm. He matched the paint and the first coat of Sherwin Williams rolled smoothly and evenly on the walls. Of course, we returned to purchase paint to finish the job.

High quality paint at a good price - and fantastic colours; plus, all the supplies needed to complete the job. Good customer service ... when it's your turn. When it isn't, well, it's unclear if anyone even notices you're there - but that's not a deal breaker for me because I really like Sherwin Williams paint, and I'd rather buy it at the SW store than at Lowe's.
