“We moved here a year ago. Every Walgreens in north Alabama anywhere near Birmingham is terrible. Every single one. We have tried a bunch. And the other stores seem to be just as bad or worse. They never have the time to check if a prescription is ready, they never have time to send a phone request in etc. What can a person do if they have a doctor with no fax? Other stores told me to get a new doctor. Really? Anyway, Heather was busy today and she still took the time to be thorough and do multiple checks on my account and sent a request in to the doctor. She didn’t call in the request but she seemed that she would have. She got me an emergency supply of my medicine. To some this story may be stupid. To others, this is a big deal. Walgreens is in the pharmacy business, so it should be important to them how every patient feels about their experience. Anyway, I was afraid to write this review because I don’t want this store to get overwhelmed! But heather is your lady. You would do better on hold with her than calling 15 local stores. If you aren’t from this area you’re wasting your time going anywhere else. Do Not Go to Hoover 24hour location. Don’t do it. Go further.”

“Brandon is the best insurance rep to work with. I have had him as my insurance rep for over 4 years. He knows what policy is best for you and keeps you up to date if there are more discounts you qualify for or if another type of insurance is better and lower for you. The response time is terrific. You can either communicate with him through phone or if email works best for you. Brandon has taken care of me before I had a family and continues to do so while I have a family. If you havent reached out to him for your insurance needs, please do. He will treat you like family and not just a customer. I promise you wont find a better person and business to handle your insurance needs.”

“Kristina is seriously awesome! (In fact, if you go back through my email history you will see many instances where I have told her that!) We struggled for a few months to find a travel agent that 1) we liked working with and 2) really understood what we wanted for our honeymoon. Finally getting connected with Kristina was a godsend. She was so organized and on the ball, gave us several options to choose from after listening to our wish list and budget (all of which were great, and it actually took us longer than we thought to book our trip because we just couldn’t decide which resort to choose!). She worked with us from booking through departure to make sure all of the details were taken care of, and I always felt confident that I could shoot her a question at any time of day and she would get back to me within a reasonable amount of time. She worked to get us the best deals that she could too, which was really appreciated! OH! And did I forget to mention that all of this happened while we were home in Pennsylvania and she was based in Alabama? We were so hung up on using a local travel agent so that we could meet face to face, and we didn’t miss that at all while working with Kristina. She was so informative, organized, and easy to work with that the distance didn’t matter! Every vacation we take in the future will be without a doubt booked through Kristina!”
