Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Shelby County

I used to like Taco Bell a lot more.
I like their $5 chalupa box.
Got me some Fried Chalupas, today. Pretty good. And a fat cookbook burrito.

The therapy portion of things was the highlight of my stay. In spite of not having the same single physical therapist throughout the duration of my stay I can say progress was made daily and the combination of those who helped me were well skilled at their job and made me feel comfortable.

My brother who had bad multiple fractures on left leg and was admitted in this facility for rehab therapy for about 11 days. I was with him to facilitate his stay during this difficult time. The resident staff at the facility, nurses, therapists and other daily services folks were exceptionally helpful and professional. The facility is newly built and very well equipped. I would highly recommend it for whoever needs to use it in the future.

The speech therapy team is phenomenal! They are extremely knowledgeable and know their profession very well. If you or a loved one find yourself/themselves in the circumstances of needing to be in their care, rest assured you will be in great hands.

Marvelous! I've had the honor of being treated here.It is my second experience with a rehabilitation facility so I had some idea what to expect.Never would I imagine such a friendly learned staff and Doctors waiting for me.I have to say they saved my life.They did everything physically needed to get me functional but more importantly they made me feel better about wanting to keep going.I felt like I wanted to live again.Im blessed to have been here and I thank God for my experience here!
