“Johnson Fowler was pleasant and on time, fixed a problem created by another installer, removed a silly GFI, there were multiple GFIs for the same wiring, but this one was in the ceiling that required older folks to reset using a ladder(a Shea silly installation), repaired my water fountain electrical that kept blowing the gfi, and the charge was very reasonable. We will call them again in a heartbeat.”

We have used him multiple times and he never fails to WOW us with each service that he has provided. He has detailed our cars, repaired our windshield after a rock hit it, and completely updated and restored our SUV. We had minor dents, scratches, and chipping of the exterior paint. We also had stains on the seats and a cracked steering wheel. Now all of that is gone!!!! It now looks brand new again! As he was working on restoring our SUV he made sure that he kept us updated on the progress. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him for any automotive restoration needs. His prices are very reasonable and much lower than other local competitors from my personal research. “Recently bought a new to me Jeep TJ. I couldn’t even drive it home (15 mins away from place of purchase) due to death wobble, loose steering wore out track bar and a laundry list of other issues. I had little to no hope for getting the vehicle street worthy and planned on just keeping it as a dedicated trailer rig. I called Elite and spoke with Josh over the phone, he said they can get it fixed up and back on the road. They absolutely blew my expectations with the work put in on my jeep. They replaced all heim joints on the steering and track bar as well as completed a full inspection on the vehicle torque checking all nuts and bolts under the vehicle my peace of mind. They even found a few more issues that were fixed in shop for safety reasons on this inspection. The whole process was seamless from drop off to pickup. Communication was top notch on any issue they ran into along the way. I will absolutely be returning to get my truck leveled with wheels and tires in the near future. For 26 years, I have never been disappointed with Tom's timeliness, his work, or the amount I had to pay. Our family has had at least 10 vehicles he has worked on through the years. He is a retired school bus driver for shelby county. Even when he did drive most of our kids to schools, he worked on vehicles before and after his route. For Tim, it's been a labor of love. And he is so easy to talk with. Anybody who has driven on Roy drive, or on 52 knows the building. Bet those who have never used him wondered if they were looking at somebody's sign they hung there, not knowing that the best auto service in the area was still doing his thing.
