“PERFECT. I've been a customer at places like this in the past and by far this is the best group of people I've met in the business. I had a problem with a product I bought so I called it in and the same day they came out and fixed it. The gentleman that came was very respectful and was in and out with the problem fixed in no time. “The sales people were very helpful, They knew their product well and worked as a team to get my order complete. I love the new furniture we are getting for our home. We bought a motion reclining sofa and love seat. Raise and lower your head as desired or totally recline and nap if you want. I love my Catnapper furniture. I have back and neck issues and the push button motion allows me to raise or lower my head and raise or lower my feet easily. Super comfortable.”

Called ahead and spoke to very helpful gentleman, I believe his name was K? He found the part and gave us directions. At the store he even went out of his way to show me how to use the device which. If there were more people like this guy in this world we wouldn't be in our nation's current crisis.
