“As I normally do not post reviews, I however feel it necessary to at least say that I was overly impressed with both the work and especially the customer service I was given when I brought in my Freightliner over a faulty air dryer and a very difficult to locate air leak. Why the five stars? Two reasons primarily. One, honesty. When I called for an update of the progress, they had mentioned that as they were a full service 24 hr truck towing and repair center, they had become overwhelmed the previous day but, would have my truck ready by the following morning. Sure enough, by 9am the next morning the work was done. Secondly, although a mechanic had mistakingly crossed my trailer airlines, they immediately corrected the issue and then apologized. This was, in my opinion, just as important in operating a business as not only had they owned up to the mistake, they made it right without any questions or comments. For these two reasons, and not to mention the cost for both parts and labor was much lower than if I had gone to the dealer, this driver will definitely be returning for any future maintenance. Thanks again guys for what you do and how you do it.”

“Honest, fast, trustworthy, competent repair center with reasonable prices. We broke down on our way through the state, and called to see if they had a diagnostic mechanic who could look at our van same day, if we had it towed in. Manager Todd said they would take us, and we arrived at around 3PM. Owner Matt and his mechanic (didn't get his name) found the electrical issue quickly, and we were in an out in an hour. Not only were they good at what they do, but they were very friendly, too. I would highly recommend this business to travelers and locals alike. The towing guy had great things to say about them, too.”

“The gentleman came out to my house at 9:00pm and checked out my new freezer that stopped working after a power outage, most people wouldn't come out after 5:00pm unless they charge you double, Scotty only charged me 25.00 and is going to get intouch with fridgadare and try to get me a whole new freezer, he's really good so if you need work done call Scotty!!!!”

We bought a motion reclining sofa and love seat. Raise and lower your head as desired or totally recline and nap if you want. I love my Catnapper furniture. “Our first year college student broke down about an hour outside of Auburn. She was understandably nervous as she sat on the side of the road in the dark and rain. The amazing driver, Jeffery, was very kind. He talked our daughter through the process of trying to get her car going again, having to hook it for tow, and how long the drive would be. He was a comforting force in an unsettling time. They rode almost 2.5 hours to drop her car off and clearly communicated the problems he encountered with the vehicle. We appreciate his kindness, communication and comforting demeanor to our nervous young lady.”
