Just moved here (in process of moving,tbh) grounds clean,owners seem excatly as described by other reviews.
Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors are friendly! Landlords are amazinv and will work with you to help you in any way they can as long as you communicate with them! I love living here, and I hope to stay for a long time!
Quiet area, grounds are kept nice. Maintenance is quick.
