“I can not express how thankful I am for John and his family. On my way to Florida, debris got caught in my fender and tore the wiring which completely shredded my passenger tire. On his day off, John answered, I told him about my situation and he didn’t hesitate to make sure that he was able to service me so that I could make it home safely. On the way to his shop, he stayed on the phone with me to make sure I made it there safely, he and his son put the tire on and John called me the next day to make sure I made it to Florida safely. John is truly a stand up guy and was a blessing to me when he didn’t have to be. And he also was able to find the factory tire for my car which is a plus ! “So they were a little late in verbal response,however, wow, gosh, the owner called me when he could, I explained to him my truck wouldn't start, I'm from Rochester, MN for the hospital, dealing with a major (terminal) illness, not a lot of money, please take me to honest mechanic. He called back, said one of his mechanics will come to me, hopefully get truck started. Very nice man, worked, had to go get parts, worked some more, something broke while he's removing it, in end, with difficulty, he got the truck running & diagnosed problem. This was the only tow shop in the area to pick up the phone (and on the 1st ring). Joseph was so kind hearted and sensitive to our needs. Not only did he tow our car, he took us around the Jefferson County area to different car rentals. Due to spring break everyone was sold out. He didn't leave us until we were safe in a car.
