“The name of the facility itself may be a little misleading (ExpressCare), but this isn't a public clinic like an E.R. or rapidcare. It's a regular doctor's office. The person who gave them a bad review because their husband walked in at 2:30 and expected to be seen that day is ridiculous. I don't know where you can show up without an appointment and demand that a private physician see you immediately. In my case, I had a respiratory infection, called in the morning and made an appointment for later in the day. Compared to the E.R., which can take hours and hours, I was happy with my wait time (I think about one hour), as well as the care I received. There's also a pharmacy next door that has decent prices on prescriptions.”

Great staff and they took care of me. After diagnosis they called several scripts in for me at CVS. CVS did not have all of my scripts. Called Middle Creek and told them of the script issue and they changed it to Publix. Awesome customer service!!”
