The only problem I've ever had out of the washers and dryers is that SOMETIMES they are out of order. Put a quarter in and low and behold it doesnt start! I kept forgetting about my belongings down there and when I did remember them and went by there I have to say I wasn’t expecting them to be there but they were! So I thought it would be extra since they had them for a while but nope not one penny extra. Now this was curtains and a bedspread that someone gave me and they had been stored for a while and had a musky smell. And when I got it all back the smell was gone and they smelled great! So I would have to say I would use they people agin for sure!!! They were all so nice from the lady that checked them in to the lady that checked me out. Very polite and easy to talk to.
