Mostly older couples or what we call "Weekenders" live or stay here. Everyone is friendly and will walk or drive by on their golf cart and give a wave or stoo and chat. In our town we look out for each other.”

“The owners were very nice. It had a vintage look in the house, which gave it a unique feel. You can watch any TV services you want to on their TV. My only complaint was that the AC did not cool the house very well, so you needed fans in every room to stay cool. The neighborhood is very nice too, you can feel safe in this house. It is a nice place to take a late night walk and still feel safe.”

PREVIOUS: It was a nice atmosphere until about a month ago, when up the street new tenants moved in, all of whom are FAR below the 55+ age this park is advertised to be, (appear to be teenagers or young adults). With these new tenants I have witnessed loud fighting, fist fight in the street, rock throwing, multiple different cars at all hours, etc. Not the peaceful environment it once was.”
