“My boyfriend and I were needing to just get away for a few days and had the hardest time finding a hotel that would accept cash. We were calling hotels sitting in our car at 3am when I came across country Inn and suites by Radisson in Hoover, Al. They were accepting cash and had no issue letting us check in at 4am. The guys at the front desk were very polite and treated us with such kindness. On the morning we had scheduled to check out, we had overslept an hour past check out time and the guy at the front desk called and was very nice and understanding so we need up staying another night with them. There was never a hint of rudeness from the staff. We absolutely love this hotel and this is the place we will come to when we need to get away again. We appreciate being treated so nicely.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Morgan and his massage therapist Mistie . This business is very professional and attentive . I have been going here for a long time and I am not one to get adjusted manually so I request the pro adjuster sigma instrument. I highly recommend this if you are not a fan of manual body cracking or neck adjusting. My daughter on the other hand prefers that method and she also goes here. I also appreciate Lauren, who works up front, who sends me a text message the day before my appointment and a reminder the day of and is always welcoming. You can also get massages here and Mistie knows her stuff and always manages to work out the knots ! My time is valuable and I never have to wait on my scheduled appointment time. Give them a try, your body will appreciate it !”

“Amazing two days and three night stay.."HOME AWAY FROM HOME." MY husband and I had reservations extremely early to ensure we had a room with a king size bed and a whirlpool tub. I emerged refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. I think I will make this a monthly getaway.. leisure time. Staff was not really on hand and I am assuming we didn't get maid service because of COVID-19, but fresh towels could have been given as the used ones were left as instructed and garbage wasn't picked up. Overall the room was clean, modern furniture, spacious whirlpool that could fit two if your into that sort of thing (I love my me time when it comes to relaxation), room 302 also had a pretty good view. The pool and jacuzzi area was nice, a little to much chlorine in the jacuzzi though. I loved the huge closet mirror and the dining area for two in the kitchen area. My husband smokes and they have a nice patio sitting area outside from the pool or exit areas for smoking. Breakfast was premade and packaged in to go plates, they were still delicious and their lobby was beautiful. Despite what the website says there is NO ROOM SERVICE at this Hampton Inn location, but they do have a printout of the local restaurants in the area, after hours my husband found a nearby McDonald. I highly recommend you keep this location for you next getaway in mind.”

“I really enjoyed my stay this past weekend. The staff was so nice even though I kept bothering for little things. We got a king suite on the first floor cause we didn't want to tell the kids to stop being loud but shocking enough you couldn't really hear people upstairs really only in the bathroom. This suite is huge enough that we even could fit a sleeping bag in the middle of the room with the sofa bed out without tripping over everything. Yes you can hear the planes all night especially since we were facing the airport but they weren't very loud for us, we slept right through them. I do recommend getting the app it made it so much easier with the digital key, and to check in and out.”

“We stayed at The Drury Inn Grandview 8/24/20 and it was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! You get hot dinner and 3 alcoholic drinks per adult, and hot breakfast. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean, which was a great experience. The beds were comfortable too. The women serving breakfast and dinner were amazing and courteous. The pool was very nice and clean. It was nice that the pool has a partition in the middle so it’s half inside half outside. We will be staying at this hotel from now on when we come to Alabama! Great area around the hotel as well, Grandview is beautiful!”

“So I'm a traveling Medical Technologist and this is my first assignment. I chose this hotel because the rates were nice and want to feel secure. I certainly got that.The staff is wonderful and always around to answer your questions and help fulfill your needs. Ive been nights and it's pretty quiet. The staff is pretty accommodating of you needs when you work after hours. The manager is awesome and a character and is always making my day when I see him. The rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. I've enjoyed being more creative in cooking with limited utensils. It has been my home away from home. I found myself calling the hotel home a couple of times. Especially since I brought a few items from home. I recommend getting enhanced wifi and there are plenty of grocery store as well as some fast food restaurants nearby if needed. I have a cat and he even settled in nicely. I definitely recommend this place is you are traveling for work or need a place to hang out for little awhile while in St. Louis. It's only 20 min from the city too.”

My room was clean and up to my Standards. I even ended up renting weekly for 5 months while in Dutch of a place of my owe . Now that I live out of state I still rent nightly and weekly when I return. “Very clean and we had everything we needed, such as adequate towels and washcloths. They provided full-sized pump bottles of Watkins brand shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower which was very nice. All staff were very polite and hospitable. A complementary breakfast offered a nice little variety and the woman, Gina who served us was so sweet and accommodating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying there again the next time we're down that way.”
