“12/2020 update: still love it here. Moved in 8/2020 and haven’t had a single problem besides tiny maintenance needs (expected with old buildings) and they are SO FAST to fix anything. Not sure I would rent from anyone else really. Rent from these people!! 8/2020 : This has been my first rental experience ever - and I’m SO happy we decided to go with Dwell. I have friends who use them as well and I have heard nothing but good news. Such a relief after touring multiple other properties in the area with no luck. They are super quick to try to resolve maintenance issues, they’ve even reached out to me to make sure things were resolved before I even had the chance to contact someone.
