It was our first time riding, there was a short but well executed lesson and we were off on our guided trail ride through: lush pasture, lively woods, and scenic mountain trails. “Kristina is seriously awesome! (In fact, if you go back through my email history you will see many instances where I have told her that!) We struggled for a few months to find a travel agent that 1) we liked working with and 2) really understood what we wanted for our honeymoon. Finally getting connected with Kristina was a godsend. She was so organized and on the ball, gave us several options to choose from after listening to our wish list and budget (all of which were great, and it actually took us longer than we thought to book our trip because we just couldn’t decide which resort to choose!). She worked with us from booking through departure to make sure all of the details were taken care of, and I always felt confident that I could shoot her a question at any time of day and she would get back to me within a reasonable amount of time. She worked to get us the best deals that she could too, which was really appreciated! OH! And did I forget to mention that all of this happened while we were home in Pennsylvania and she was based in Alabama? We were so hung up on using a local travel agent so that we could meet face to face, and we didn’t miss that at all while working with Kristina. She was so informative, organized, and easy to work with that the distance didn’t matter! Every vacation we take in the future will be without a doubt booked through Kristina!”
