What can I say.. Employees at pet zoo Eagle river are the best! What they can't answer right off, they will take the time to retrieve the answer you are hopefully looking for!

I got a fantastic fish tank pump screen. Way to go!

Our sales rep, AFW or ALDRK, was awesome. She really helped us understand the needs of our pet. You could tell she loved her animals and wanted them taken care of properly. Sorry I did not catch her first name.

The manager is super nice. Comes out to help her staff when it gets busy. One day she spent half an hour explaining some of the products to me so I could get the right one for my dog.
