“We found we had broken leaf spring straps on our 36' toy hauler at Montana Creek Campground. After a conversation to figure out what parts were needed he that he would pick up before coming out. He scheduled us for a Tuesday but later let us know he could be out on Saturday morning. He arrived at our campsite early and replaced the broken parts as well as 2 others that were showing wear in a little over an hour. He was friendly, helpful and courteous. I have added him to my phone and referred him to others already. Definitely worth it and would recommend him to anyone needing repairs. Thank you sir for helping us out!”

“Today I went in looking for a new key fob battery. Something that was so simple, has turned me to be a loyal customer from here on out! As I walked up to the front counter, I was greeted by an associate named Miles. He immediately looked for the product in the aisle for me and brought it to the front desk and changed my key fob‘s battery there at the front counter after purchasing it! I had then sat in the parking lot for about 40 minutes because my car wouldn’t start. The whole time I was on the phone with a service team from the dealership I had bought in the car from days prior. I then walked back in and asked this associate if they could look for the small key fob battery we had tossed away earlier. With no hesitation at all, he found it in the trash and asked me if there is anything I needed help with. I then explained to them that my car wouldn’t start after changing the key battery and I was slightly frustrated, but I knew it couldn’t be his fault. He took my information in case I was to leave my car to be towed that evening, and then simply offered if he could come help me look at my car and see if he could help me troubleshoot it. As I was very hesitant, but he then came out and I showed him how I was starting the car and he immediately knew that my battery was dead. Miles promptly went inside, came back out, and jumped my car for me. Then was very happy to help me pick out new battery! I was so grateful to be at the perfect place at the perfect time. I couldn’t Thank Miles enough! He provided extraordinary understanding and care when handling this situation. His supervisor should be very proud to have him on their team. I will definitely be coming back just based on the customer service I received by Miles. Thank you again!”

“I’ve previously been to the Mat-Su Customs shop when they just had the LineX sign by the road some years ago for a bed lining and undercoating for my wife’s F150. They did a fabulous job and we were very pleased with the work and quality. I recently brought it back to have mud flaps installed to keep road grit and slush off the running boards. I was shown, and they explained several options and price points to help me make an informed decision. I picked a set, came back a week later after they arrived and they installed them while I waited; did a great job! “I hosted a graduation party here and was very impressed with what this lodge has to offer. The deck facing Turnagain was gorgeous and spacious. The inside was spotless and comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Arlene and Roger were kind, accommodating and hospitable hosts. The location is just up the road from the highway yet very private. I can see how this space would be a great spot for a wedding. The opportunity for photos with water and mountains in the background was spectacular! If you love a classy yet rustic cabin with views THIS is a place you need to see! Well worth it, highly recommend!”

“My Russian Blue cat, Grimm, rapidly developed a very severe liver and kidney infection. Unfortunately, by the time we realized the existence & severity of the condition, it was too late. When we took Grimm to Tier 1, we were given the prognosis and the odds were very low that she would make a recovery. We loved her very much and did not want to drag out a process that wouldn’t likely succeed. So, we chose euthanasia. I have never had to go through the process before. Tier 1 vets explained the process, gave us a breakdown of costs, and allowed us to sit in the room with Grimm as long as we wanted in order to say our goodbyes. We never felt rushed, which was appreciated. We chose to stay with her during the process, which was painless. I’m glad we chose this option. She went out happy and pain free wrapped in a blanket in our arms, which was best. We miss her but are glad that she did not suffer. We chose to bury her under a tree with a good view on our property. The night we buried her, the Northern Lights came out for just 10 minutes. I like to think that was Grimm saying goodbye. We miss you, Grimm. ~Thank you to the whole team at Tier 1 who signed a sympathy card. That was very thoughtful.”
