The Capstone guys came out the same day I called, took a look, and recommended we test the underground wiring for potential leakage. They performed the test the next day and found the wiring was failing. This put my wife and I in a bind because we planned to leave for the winter in the near future. Echoing others’ comments, Jake was punctual, honest, and didn’t mind pausing to answer my questions. My project was a little extra complicated because I asked him to wire the house to enable me to power it using my F150’s onboard generator. The truck kept giving us a grounding fault once given a load, and Jake took the extra time to ID and isolate the cause before calling it a day (which turned out to be an improperly wired dryer).
