“I haven’t been in this shop for a couple years, as I moved up to Fairbanks. On the way down to Anchorage I stopped through the other day and was blown away at how much they’ve expanded the storefront has expanded, and how many blades they’ve added to inventory. The staff are all super nice and very courteous… and they have a ton of knowledge about the knives they’re selling. No-pressure experience, and happy to show you anything you’d like to look at. Highly recommend!”

“Great product quality and company. We have been having great paddles in our explorer 42 for over a year now. Customer service when ordering the raft and later extra parts has been excellent. This review is about the main store in Colorado”

“We were looking for helmets for our 2 grandchildren, we had visited 3 other *sporting/atv/snowmobiling establishments. 1 didn't even offer to help as we were looking at the helmets. The next one, the sales clerk, didn't know where we could even find helmets. The next one, though nice and offered a name where we might find hemets, was doubtful. When we left there, we drove about 4 stores down, and we saw Hatcher Pass Polaris. We stopped went in and watched our grandchildrens faces light up at the helmets they saw. A gentleman came right over and asked if he could help. Our grandson had pulled a helmet he liked, and the gentleman told him, "Good choice, but I have a better one for you." The one our grandson had picked up was an expensive carbide? Helmet. He took another one off the shelf, explained the helmet he was holding was on sale, and he actually would recommend it over the more expensive one, due to some key features for the ages of our grandchildren. Very impressed! We left feeling confident in their choices and happy that our grandchildren were all smiles.”

“I had to leave a review because of the customer service, and the selection of gifts was just amazing! Diane was kind to my boyfriend and I. She was patient & knowledgeable and didn't pressure you at all. She had a kind persona. You can tell she really enjoys working there, and has a heart of gold. Their selection of clothes, candles, lotion and other items are very nicely displayed and were fun to look at. We will be back, not only because we bought some great finds, but because Diane was so nice! Thank you for such a pleasant experience 😊”

“I HIGHLY recommend the service people at Valley RV Center for their RV knowledge, work ethic, integrity and quality work! We had the slide on our Arctic Fox 1150 Truck Camper get stuck in the “out” position while visiting in Valdez, Alaska. I was finally able to disable the gear system and push it in but this made for very tight quarters inside the camper. While Valley RV Center service department has a back up with many other RV’s, they recognize that those who are traveling thousands of miles away from home, can’t wait until this fall to have emergency repairs. When I spoke to service person Paul, he immediately appreciated our predicament, pulled away from the RV he was working on and went to work. Awhile later, Wade joined in to give a hand and operated a HiLo to help raise and lower the slide to get an exact fit. In all, the job took about 3-1/2 hours but only charge us for one hour. As far as I’m concerned, Paul, Wade and the entire Valley RV Center staff are an RV’ers best friend. July 24, 2023 I would like to add that several days after the slide repairs Paul and Wade did for our camper, we had an accident that resulted in the drivers/rear support leg being ripped from the camper. The accident happened on a Sunday so on Monday, I showed up at Valley RV to see what could be done. This repair would require more time and preparation so they scheduled me in for the following Monday. I arrived that morning at 8:30. It was impressive to watch Paul cut, tear apart, fill in, splice, bolster, caulk and finally re-assemble an item that is so critical for the success of the truck camper lifestyle. By 2:00, the job was completed, tested and I was on my way. I will always be grateful to Paul, Wade and Valley RV for their talent, expertise and service. I’ve included a few photos of the before and after work.”
