“I’ve still been trying to come up with the words to describe our experience with Carlos and Danielle after spending a day with them last week. My Dad passed away earlier this year as a result of a freak accident, a mere three weeks after my Grandfather. My family and I decided Alaska was the place we would spread his ashes as he always joked about going there and getting eaten by bears if he were to ever get a terminal diagnosis. . Ya know, the circle of life. With our travels, we knew we wanted to memorialize this moment with tattoos. After some research, my younger brother was set on having them done at Primal Instinct. I sent a message to their Facebook explaining why we were in Alaska and what we were thinking of getting. Without hesitation they agreed to take on all 7 of us as Carlos had a cancellation in his schedule. . What were the odds? The amount of healing that came from entering their shop is indescribable. Danielle, Carlos and their beautiful little girls greeted us with open arms. We spent the day talking about life, family, goals and everything in between. They allowed us to love on their babies and be our raw authentic selves without hesitation as they were with us. We left the shop with a sense of peace, beautiful artwork, and so much love for their family. . A family we plan on keeping in our lives for years to come.”

“If all you need is a quick passport photo, it's tough to beat. I had my picture taken within 5 min then waited 10 for the photos. Yes it cost $14.99, for 2-2x2 photos, but their software checked it for acceptability, so there should not be any problems. Convince costs, but not that much.”

“A Wonderful Couple we are Blessed to have known as Friends for decades found this little place and treated us to it. We liked it very much indeed. They have a little area large enough for two nice sized tables and chairs, enclosed in glass so you can see outside and the entryway. One wall has an electric fireplace that the lady who was running the show turned on, with the heating element on low, to keep our wife's warm and cozy...that was very nice indeed. Huge choices of combinations of yogurts and goodies to embellish your individual creations. Waffle cones, with or without chocolate dipping, are just one of the options and sizes. You are charged by weight, not the cup size, which is an excellent idea. Great Product. Excellent Staff. Everything was clean. All in All...Very Nice Indeed.”

“We worked with Nicole Van Vleet at K&W on our new build, and she was absolutely phenomenal!!! My husband and I are currently living on the east coast while building new construction in Alaska, as such we could not personally attend any selection meetings, however Nicole helped us expertly over zoom and via email. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient and made so many valuable suggestions as we designed the kitchen, selected flooring, carpet, tile etc over zoom. She was always so mindful of our budget and did an outstanding job of providing us with so many options that were in budget.
