Jessica Dickson was our realtor who went above and beyond in helping us to find our new home in Fayetteville, NC. We had to find a house immediately after moving from AK and she helped us accomplish that. We started checking houses in July and moved into our new home end of Aug. She was very reliable and also recommended a better bank to get the lowest rate possible. We used VA home loan program. We love our new home and we couln't ask for a better realtor. Our entire experience was great from start to finish. Moving during these times was stressful enough, it was a relief to work with Zarah. I scoured homes on Zillow for close to a year before reaching out to a realtor. In my searches, I quickly realized that I was never going to find my dream house in my price range and I had accepted that. When I met with Janine I told her the things I really wanted in a home. I knew I couldn’t get all of them but hopefully she could help me get most of them. We looked at several homes while she learned my likes and style. Janine helped me analyze them with a professional and neutral eye. Once she had an idea of what I wanted, she found multiple homes that were *exactly* what I was looking for. I went from thinking that I was going to have to compromise on several items, to picking between multiple dream homes in my price range. I can’t imagine a better home buying experience. Her eye for quality homes and worthy investments is unparalleled. I truly can’t recommend her enough. Janine is a real estate goldmine. She isn’t afraid to share her opinion and tell you when she thinks you can find a better option. She knows the markets inside and out and will tell you when to hold out for better and when to jump. I NEVER expected to be able to afford the type of home she found for my family. She is truly a gift and I will never be able to recommend her enough!

I bought my first place with MMRE in 2015. Lindsey was the first person we contacted and our last. She answered every call and was aggressive in finding a place to suit our needs and price. Three months ago I was stationed in Korea and about to move back to the United States and wanted to purchase a house at my new duty station, but needed to sell my old place in order to get another VA loan. I called MMRE and spoke to Janine about our situation. She had us selling our home literally with perfect timing. We were able to close on our house the next day! She even recommended a fantastic realtor in our area, and a lender to go with it.

I was reading a post today about someone questioning buying a home for 2 years and everyone was saying “no don’t do it, you will lose money after realtor fees.” EVEN A REALTOR, was saying, “that’s not long enough. Not possible unless you want to rent.”
I AM SO THANKFUL FOR LINDSEY AND MILITARY MOVERS.
You helped us buy our first home. And not just “sure, yep, give me your money, here’s a house.” You helped us make a very conscious decision to buy a home with intent to sell when we move. You made sure that we were not going to put ourselves in a position to get mowed over when we tried to sell. AND you were the selling agent on the house as well when we bought!! You never suggested the home to us, we found it on our own. You didn’t push your own agenda. And you made sure BOTH sides had a fair fight when buying. I felt super informed and supported.
Now, selling our house. We DON’T have to rent. And AFTER realtor fees we are STILL netting a good chunk of money! We will be able to finish paying off school loans and see some of our hard work pay off.
